Career in Instrumentation Engineering

INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING:

Instrumentation and control engineering is a branch of engineering that studies the measurement and control of process variables, and the design and implementation of systems that incorporate them. Process variables include pressure, temperature, humidity, flow, pH, force and speed. Nature of the job includes designing, developing, installing, and managing equipment which are used to monitor and control machinery.

ELIGIBILITY AND EDUCATION:

  • If one is planning to join this course after 10th then they should be good in physics and mathematics. After 10th diploma is a good option. Diploma in instrumentation is a 3 year long program. A few institutes also offer diploma and B.TECH degree in instrumentation engineering.
